The Bureau of Telecommunications & Post of Curacao has been fortunate to work with a great team of digital TV consultants that have helped guide BT&P’s effort to bring digital terrestrial TV broadcasting to Curacao.

Peter Barnett, Eric Moerman and Myra Moore provided us with a comprehensive two-day educational seminar for regional broadcasters, pay TV providers, and government agencies followed by two days of custom training for broadcast engineers.  The focus on technology, planning, market considerations, and consumer education provided us with the comprehensive expertise that would have been difficult to find anywhere else.

The seminar was so helpful that we continue to work with the team as we roll out all phases of the DTT system. The team has also drawn up customized cost analyses for transmission and other technical aspects of the system, as well as aiding the retail community by creating a DTT receiver resource and education guide.  They continue to play a critical role in Curacao’s transition from analog to digital TV.

DTC conducted two analyses on behalf of the Second Authority for TV & Radio (Israel). The company demonstrated expertise and insider perspective in the digital TV market.
